Its great to shoot location! Models jumping all over the place and screaming at you….

Lighting for this shoot was simply my micro kit consisting of three SB800s on stands and a Nikon D700. F8 250 to catch just a hint of movement.

This was a great client photoshoot.

Playboy 1960s London Club

We had to recreate a London Playboy Club changing room from the 1960s for an advertising shoot. We purposely selected models and actresses who had that typical 1960s look. All were professionals. We also shot a little video as an extra to go with it.

Tailor James has just launched her new website. A very cool Canadian model who just so happens to grace the pages of Playboy having been Playmate of the month and also the year. She is such a nice girl to work with! I was lucky to work with her in California recently. Rumor has it she may be making it over to the UK shortly. Well its a rumor to everybody else but I will email her sometime during the week to see when I can shoot her again!Here is her website Tailor James

A simple shot this taken from the archives. Its one of those shots that seems to get better with age and its great sometimes to return to one of the older images and give it a fresh coat of paint so to say. A simple Bowens sunlight dish with a soft diffuser was used as can be seen in the eyes to bring out the great contours of the models face.

Contax 645 with a Phase one 21P and 120mm macro lens.

It was ten years ago when this young girl came into the studio for a photoshoot sent to us from her first model agency. Sienna Miller was certainly special, she had that special quality you rarely find.

The rest is history!

Just love this shot. Its been one of my personal favorite headshots I think Ive ever done. The subject is Samantha Cunningham an actress and model and was shot in Spain a couple of years ago using my favorite lighting on a Contax 645 with a +21 Phase One back. Keep it simple.

Just worked again with Natasha Mealey. I remember doing her very first shoot about 6 years ago and she is still as hot! This is from one of our sets of images taken in Malta using the new Nikon D700 and two SB 900′s. One flash to the back and above and the other shot onto a reflector to give that soft bounce. Great location, great camera and great model. What a combination!

Some of you may remember Emma. Former Miss Great Britain 2005 has come back into the industry after a break of a year or so. Looking better than she ever has this shot is from a brand new set made available on BabesSyndication.com. Is she the equivalent of Kate Moss with boobs? What do you think?

Tech: Got the old Contax 645 out for this shoot. I just love the quality of the lenses and square format.

Rachael Cordingley “Maxim Model of the Year”

Its just been anounced that our girl Rachael Cordingley has just been made “Maxim Model of the Year” World wide! Rachael started at our studio back in April last year and you knew she had that sparkle.
